- This new boutique condo is situated in the heart of the Greenpoint Historic District

Stuytown Peter Cooper Village
Stuyvesant Town and Peter Cooper Village, often referred to as StuyTown, underwent a significant renovation project that began in March 2015. This renovation focused on updating residential units with new flooring, wall coverings, cabinetry, closet interiors, countertops, vanities, and plumbing fixtures. Club Monaco Brookfield Place 250 Vessey Street NY NY 10281
In 2014, Brookfield Place completed a $250 million renovation that brought in Bottega Veneta, Tory Burch, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Ermenegildo Zegna and Hermès, and Club Monaco. The design of the store took over a year of planning & coordination and eight months to build. The elegant, classic, luxury store design evokes timeless heritage style and showcases its easy sophistication, effortlessly chic and functional, affordable luxury clothing and products.

Nustret Steakhouse 412 West 15th Street NY NY 10011
Spread across 11,000 square feet at 412 W. 15th Street, Nusr-Et Steakhouse New York Meatpacking features a 187- seat dining room that seamlessly transforms from day to night. The restaurant’s interior is framed with industrial dark metals, red brick, white subway tiles, and concrete floors, which give a nod to the local flair. This follows a 2.3M renovation. Overhead, a twinkling array of LED lights descend upon the dining room. The design team chose to incorporate this illuminated pendant rail system to pay homage to New York’s famed subway system.
425 East 58th Street Kitchen Upgrades NY NY 10022
Cartier Mansion Renovation
Cartier has reopened its flagship store in New York at Fifth Avenue following a multi-year renovation in 2016. This comprehensive 65M gut renovation project on 5th Avenue consisted of structural improvements, and a total modernization of the renown diamond store. The mansion, originally acquired in 1917, underwent a two-and-a-half-year renovation that tripled its boutique space and expanded its interior, creating a more residential feel.
Path – Staten Island Bridge Upgrades
The Staten Island Bridge Upgrade focuses on the Goethals Bridge replacement and rehabilitation of bridges along the Staten Island Expressway, with both projects involving significant cosmetic as well as infrastructure improvements.
