  • Path – Staten Island Bridge Upgrades

    The Staten Island Bridge Upgrade focuses on the Goethals Bridge replacement and rehabilitation of bridges along the Staten Island Expressway, with both projects involving significant cosmetic as well as infrastructure improvements.

    Project Value: $5,000,000.00

    Scope of Work includes the following:

    • Repair broken roads on highway
    • Patch potholes
    • Operate machinery to dig up holes, pour concrete, and smooth out
    • Repair detached or dented guardrails
    • Improvements to Lighting and Draining
  • Mta –roof Replacement 1700 Bushwick Ave. Brooklyn, Ny 11207

    The MTA has been engaged in Capital Improvement Projects including accessibility & safety upgrades, transportation improvements, modernizing signal systems, introducing new fare payment systems, and augmenting customer-facing technology

    Project Value: $3,000,000.00

    Renovations include but are not limited to:

    • Roof Replacement
    • Electrical Systems Upgrades
    • Mechanical Systems Upgrades
    • Floor Tile Replacement
    • New Paint
  • Path – Rehabilitation of Exchange Place & Grove Street Stations

    The Port Authority Trans-Hudson underwent a rehabilitation project called PATH Forward, inclusive of upgrades to Grove Street and

    Exchange Place Stations.

    Project Value: $17,000,000.00

    Zain Khan had been working with the Port Authority to oversee the

    renovations including but not limited to:

    • Station Painting
    • Floor Tile Replacement
    • Bracing Existing Structural Columns
    • Installation of New Energy Efficient / Eco Friendly Lighting Fixtures
    • Installation of New Signal Systems
    • Extension of Existing Platforms
