First 30 Days

  • Meeting with Ownership to develop an action plan that addresses all of the end-users’ concerns/ideas pertaining to project construction phase
  • Risk Assessment and Review of Construction Drawings with Ownership and the Design Team
  • Finalization of Permit Set of drawings to file with the Building Department.
  • Review sequence of space turnover to DYNAMIC for construction (Phasing Plan)
  • Review and survey of the project site w/ CM Team to finalize development of the Logistics and Critical Path Plans
  • Project Onboarding
  • Develop and finalize Project Trade Submittal List for all trades (CIL Log)
  • Project CM Team Site Mobilization Preparation
